I understand that kiwi Club staff will exercise due care but will not be liable for any injury, damage or loss which my child/ren may sustain to person or property.
In the event of sickness or accident I authorise qualified medical attention be secured at my expense.
I give permission for the programme staff to administer first aid.
- I Understand that the Parent/ Guardian will need to sign Kiwi Club ASC terms and conditions on site or bookings will be terminated.
Photographs of Children / Children’s work
I acknowledge that photographs of my child or items of my child’s work completed at the Kiwi Club programme may be used at a later date for training, marketing and promotional purposes. I hereby give my consent for this unless advised otherwise. Aimyplus Aimyplus is our registration/ booking system which has loads of features; We require all parents to make their own bookings using the aimyplus system, there will now incur an administration cost of $5 for all bookings made by staff. You can view your current bookings and booking history. If you are unsure of a pending booking please check there first. As we can view who makes the booking, parents are liable for all fees. If a mistake has happened please email us straight away. You can also view your outstanding invoices, if you which to see the details of a specific invoice; My current invoices, "Pay Now', "Details"
Payment Terms and Conditions
Fees are our only source of income. To operate efficiently we require that our fees be kept up-to-date.
I understand that by making a Permanent Enrolment/booking, I will be charged for that time regardless of whether or not my child attends that day.
For those that wish to retain a regular booking payment is required 1 weeks in advance. Casual payments may be arranged by automatic payments directly to the programme bank account.
Two week’s notice, in writing, must be provided if a child is to be withdrawn from the programme or there is a change required to the days of care, otherwise a 2-week fee is payable based on the previous booking.
NO refunds are given for absences and all public holidays.Public holidays are charged as normal session rate if your child/ren would normally attend the session. So for example if you would normally book for a Friday til 5.30pm and the last Friday in the school week is- Good Friday "last day of school term", you will be charged for this day even tho school finishes on the Thursday. (If there was no public holiday on the Friday, school would normally be operating on that Friday). Here are some of the public holidays normally in school terms - Auckland Anniversary, Waitangi day, Good Friday, Queens Birthday, Labour Day.
In the event that your payment is dishonoured for any reason then you shall be liable for any dishonour fees incurred by Kiwi Club ASC LTD.
I understand that outstanding accounts will be passed onto a Collection Agency and that I am liable for any legal, collection and /or fees associated with collection actions to recover any overdue amounts on accounts. Please be aware that using the gateway "Ezidebit" online payment system, which you can pay your fees with visa. Payments are processed weekly on Fridays, this can cause a delay in your payment showing up on your dash. Late pick-ups Our Programmes operate from 7.15-8.30am, 3.00-5.30pm and 7.15am-5.30pm, should an emergency occur and you are unable to collect your child on time, then please advise us 022 392 5895. Staff will remain at school with your child. Late pick-ups will incur a LATE PICK UP CHARGE $1.00 per minute of lateness. You will also be charge if you are collecting your child outside your booked session time slot but only until the next closest time slot. When signing out your child, times are recorded via the Aimyplus system and invoices are generated from this. Holiday Programme Registrations/ bookings close 5pm Wednesday before the programme starts and cancellations made after this date are not eligible for a refund. There are no refunds for children missing the bus on trip days, times for bus departures are clearly stated on the holiday program flyer. we are reluctant to take late bookings after our close off date, due to staffing ratios/ material supplies/ trip bookings. Emergency bookings will be the discrepancy of Management and will incur an extra charge of $20 per child, per day. Fees are payable before the start of the programme, unless a payment arrangement has been made via email with Management. Holiday Programme operation Holiday programme hours 7.15am-5.30pm, our structured activities start 9am sharp. It is preferred that all children arrive before this time so they don't miss out on the days planned activities and disrupt the programme. Parents will be contacted via text message after roll call for any absent children, please message the on-site staff phone if absent 022 392 5895. There will be no refunds for children who do not arrive on time and miss the bus on trip days. All bus departure times if before 9am will be displayed on the holiday programme flyer, as well as other items that are required. December BookingsOur normal two weeks written notice is excluded in December, due to a lot of families cancelling care the last two weeks of school. Any cancelled days for December will need to be informed in writing at the time of booking for the full term. Unless you have booked casual care.
Work and Income OSCAR Child Care Subsidy This is a financial assistance families can receive, which is paid to kiwi club depending on your circumstance/ income/ work/study hours. Please be aware that the subsidy does not always cover the full amount of fees. Please talk to management about this. Parents are liable for all outstanding fees and chasing work and income for fees not paid. Subsidies are paid one week in arrears and can take unto 2-3 weeks to be processed by kiwi club due to this. If a child becomes ill during programme hours, parents will be phoned and asked to collect them as soon as possible. Privacy and Confidentiality
Where you are an individual the authorities under this clause are authorities or consents for the purposes of the Privacy Act 1993. You shall have the right to request from Kiwi Club ASC a copy of the information about you retained by Kiwi Club ASC LTD and the right to request Kiwi Club ASC LTD to correct any incorrect information about you held by Kiwi Club ASC LTD.
I acknowledge that the information contained herein is confidential, and pursuant to the Privacy Act, will only be used by the Kiwi Club ASC LTD team to effectively care for my child/ren and not used or distributed for any other purposes. Representatives from the Ministry of Social Development OSCAR Approvals team may view this information as part of the programme assessment process.
